With over 30 years of senior management experience in FMCG and Medical Devices across Europe and Asia, with companies such as Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, Wright Medical, Bill has a wealth of knowledge in managing successful teams and intimately understands what it takes to launch, manage and grow businesses into new and existing markets.
He has a unique combination of experiences managing large teams in global corporates as well as commercializing new startups or transitioning distributorships into direct commercial entities building teams and core functions from scratch.
Bill is also a member of the Association of Coaches and combines his love of Sport with his extensive business experience, he has particular academic interests in understanding what it takes to get the best out of teams and people, having studied Elite athletes as part of an MSc in Elite Performance Psychology
